Privacy policy

In short: this site sets no tracking cookies, and the only personal data we hold is what you send us yourself. Everything below explains that in full.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data described here is Auto Salloni Alberti, Prishtinë–Ferizaj Highway, Çagllavicë, Republic of Kosovo. Full company details are on the legal notice page.

What we collect, and only when you send it
There are no accounts on this site and nothing is required to browse it. We receive personal data in exactly three situations:
- The contact form. Your name, phone number, email if you give one, and the message you write. We also record which page you were on when you wrote, so we know which car you mean.
- Messages on WhatsApp, Viber or Instagram. Whatever you choose to write there, plus the phone number or account you write from.
- A phone call or a visit to the showroom. What you tell a salesperson, if they write it down so somebody can call you back.
We never ask for and never store a document number, a bank card, or a bank account through this website.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- Because you asked us to get in touch. Answering an enquiry about a car is a step taken at your own request before any contract, and that is the legal basis for the contact form and for messages you send us.
- Because you ticked the box. The contact form asks for your consent explicitly, we record the moment you gave it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
- Because a business must keep its own records. Sales documentation is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, independently of this policy.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is erased automatically 24 months after the last time anyone was in contact about it — not 24 months after you first wrote. Somebody we spoke to last week is not a dormant record because we first met three years ago.
When that moment comes, the name, phone number, email and the text of the message are deleted by an automatic job. What remains is a countable record with nobody in it — that an enquiry arrived in a given month, and through which channel — because that is business history and it identifies no one.
Who can see it
Only Auto Salloni Alberti staff, through a password-protected panel that logs who did what. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.
The site and the panel run on a rented server in the European Union, and backups of that server are encrypted. Nobody outside the business has access to the enquiry inbox.
What never leaves your device
Your favourites, your comparison list and your language choice are stored in your own browser and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them, and nothing on our side changes.
Visit statistics
We want to know which cars people look at, and we do not need to know who is looking. So the statistics on this site are counted without cookies and without any identifier that could follow you to another site: a page view, a referrer, a country, a device type, aggregated.
They run on our own server rather than on an advertising company’s. Nothing about your visit is sent to a third party for profiling.
Third parties this page does reach
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces. Your browser requests the font files, so Google sees the request and your IP address.
- OpenStreetMap and CARTO, for the map on the contact page, on the same terms.
- WhatsApp, Viber and Instagram, if you choose to open them from a link here. From that point their own privacy policies apply, not ours.
Your rights
Under the personal data protection law of the Republic of Kosovo you may ask us, at any time and free of charge, to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it — and unless the law requires us to keep a sales record, we will;
- stop using it, or object to our using it;
- withdraw the consent you gave on the form, which does not undo what was lawful before.
Write to info@alberti.info with «Të dhënat e mia» in the subject and we will answer within 30 days. We may ask one question to confirm you are the person the data belongs to — never a copy of a document.
If you are not satisfied
You may complain to the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP), the supervisory authority for personal data in the Republic of Kosovo, in Prishtinë.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use enquiry data will be described here rather than quietly absorbed.
