Listings are information, not a binding offer

Every vehicle shown here is described to the best of our knowledge at the moment it was published. None of it is a contractual offer under the Law on Obligations. A contract of sale comes into being when it is signed, not when a page is loaded.

Stock moves faster than any website. A car can be sold in the hours between our last update and your visit, and a car sold in the showroom on Saturday morning may still appear here on Saturday afternoon. If a specific vehicle matters to you, ask us before you travel — WhatsApp is answered fastest.

Prices

Prices are shown in euro and are the asking price for the vehicle as it stands, at the date of publication. They can change without notice and are confirmed only in writing or in the showroom.

Where a vehicle carries no price, the price is given on request. That is not a hidden price — it is a car whose figure depends on details we would rather agree with you than publish.

Customs duty is always included in the price you see — the car has cleared customs before it reaches our floor and there is nothing left to pay on that account.

Registration, transfer and insurance costs are not part of a displayed price unless we say so in writing.

Photographs and specifications

The photographs are of the actual vehicle, taken in our showroom. Colour reproduction differs from screen to screen, and a paint finish in particular can look different from the same car standing in front of you.

Mileage, power, year, equipment and body type are taken from the vehicle’s own documents and from our inspection. Equipment lists are indicative: a genuine omission is possible, so treat the car in front of you as the specification, not the list.

The leasing calculator

The calculator on a vehicle page is an orientation tool and nothing more. It is not a financing offer, not a pre-approval, and not a rate anyone has quoted you. The instalment, the interest and the conditions are decided by the bank or the leasing company, on your file, and they will differ from this figure.

Vehicles by order

Brands and models shown as available by order are not in stock. Delivery time, price and specification are agreed case by case and confirmed in writing before anything is ordered.

What belongs to us

The photographs, video, text, layout and the name Auto Salloni Alberti belong to us. You may link to any page here freely. Republishing our photographs or descriptions on another sales listing, marketplace or advertisement is not permitted without written permission.

Manufacturer names and emblems belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the vehicles we sell.

Links to other sites

Where we link to WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Google Maps or a bank, we do not control what is on the other side and are not responsible for it.

Availability of the site

We keep this site working and up to date, but we cannot promise it is reachable at every moment or free of every error. If something here contradicts what a salesperson tells you in the showroom, the showroom is right — and please tell us, so we can fix the page.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us goes to the competent court in Prishtinë. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Kosovar law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top says when they last were, and the version on the site at the moment you use it is the one that applies.
